Local Girls Help Charity Win $250,000
A 5-year-old Ashburn girl and her friend have a lot to be thankful for this holiday season. In September, Taylor Love, of Ashburn, and her friend Abby Miller, 13, of Sterling, set out to help a charity win $250,000 to help fund less toxic therapies for children fighting neuroblastoma rare childhood cancer that Taylor battles. Their efforts paid off.
